There were groups of people who understood what was important, and they tried their best to preserve those things, while constantly making things better. They were never anxious, always content and always slept well.
I have to tell you a very painful truth. We are obviously living in the dark ages. But don't let that freak out your mind, because I'm also quite sure you have been feeling that your whole life. (and that makes perfect sense so lean into it)
