There are no “plans” in play by the individuals you put your hopes on.
They’re just bio-robots executing the scripts of abuse programmed into them by the technology that was equally divided amongst the three parties present at the Yalta Conference after the third Reich created that technology.
America had focused on physical nuclear technology up to that point and was vastly superior to the other two in that regard.
Russia had focused on mind control through misery by creating mindless husks of labor that can’t do anything else anymore than raise more mindless husks of labor that are all addicted to alcohol and many other nasty things. Sadism as a reality being the ultimate goal.
Europe had been trying to break free from 2000 years of internal struggle so neither of those. (But we did get the warning, and have squirming out from under their boot ever since)
And the UK had been focused on optimizing the financial products of extraction from their empire , which… at that moment completely died since the other 2 were divvying up all the tech and territory they’d conquered by the end of WW2.
the “plan” isn’t known by the puppets at all. They can’t even perceive it… their perception and understanding doesn’t reach further than the denial/aggression loop in their heads. Their bodies scream continuously and plenty of chemicals around to numb that screaming until they descend into complete dementia.

It’s a pretty obvious pattern with only a handful of exceptions that either got out before it happened (I guess they started to see something) … or they keep resisting the conditioning and actually achieve something worthwhile with a plan of their own making, but those get compromised with greed and taken down with smut.
Stalin perfected this script of terror , and even though America could have bombed the crap out of everyone at that time… Stalin won… since his message was simple.
Just one person existing that knows how to do this, and that has the resources to set it up at scale through organized crime anywhere in the world can come and do this to you… And I’ve made sure they’re are enough of them all over the world in each and every nation.
Resistance is futile … so give me equal bombing power now or be destroyed and they obviously said yes.
It’s a pretty obvious pattern in all events since then.
And everyone’s still wonder… “But how did the Nazi’s manage to brainwash everyone like that so fast?” … the question to which the answer needed to be removed aggressively of course.

Apparently one of the messages the programmed always go through is something like this... (What they tell everyone outside of Europe)
Step 1 : "See... we're all just deranged psychopaths and we're all born like that" (While abusing them)

None of them are the "masters" of that technology... they're the true victims of it... It controls them , not the other way around.
They're all trying to take the next seat ... They're the contestants in "The running man" movie. You as the spectator vote on them and they'll always fail after getting there since they're all surrounded by backstabbing psychopaths of course... after having destroyed everything they could to try and get there personally.

Further proof how stuck we're in that Yalta meeting... Every technology we use today was created in WW2... and after that we only repackaged that same of stuff in different ways... and spent tonloads of money on fantastic megalomaniac experiments that never amount to anything except... "It needs to be bigger... we need more data" .
Nothing new has happened since Yalta.
Absolutely nothing.
