Fake futurism always meets reality... Turns out it was just a toy and the batteries just ran out.
Trump did 2 speeches back to back yesterday... but he needed 48 hours to be able to perform them, and boy did he perform.
First there was a strange session in the white house ... he stood there lamenting how his mother was convinced he was going to play major league baseball in the shadow of an insane asylum. Yup... that was an important part of his achievements as president last year.
None of you should watch any summaries or opinions about what these speeches show. You really shouldn't. You should watch it, and then see how you would publish your opinion about that.
That this person was allowed to even board Air Force One is terrifying in itself...
But after that episode they definitely needed to program in some delay which they blamed on "electrical problems". Those electrical problems were in plain view the day before he left to Davos.
And then he arrived there and basically did the same speech, but then even worse.
None of you should watch any summaries or opinions about what these speeches show. You really shouldn't. You should watch it, and then see how you would publish your opinion about that.
And if you wouldn't want to summarize that speech the way your current news channels doo...
Why do you keep hanging on them like they're going to save your sanity?
