The birth ... of Staffolo Plus

So here was the starting idea for which we did a little practical market research by gathering a varied group of local business owners and openly asking them what they thought about it all.

But we digress…

So it was about the birth of Staffolo Plus and the story of that evening that we organised in the local Enoteca in Staffolo.

It’s one of our favourite places to grind the proverbial grape into juice which we could turn into wine after a lot of hard work.

So there we were… Discussing this idea to start a Staffolo Plus brand and a more efficient way of working together on this with likeminded organisations… And ofcourse everyone is interested… But there are also always those that don’t like it when other start cooperating efficiently, since then they might be out performed by that cooperation.

So they see it as a threath and have a natural tendency to say things that keep things the same , while being politely supportive.

There is always plenty of that everywhere. That isn’t news. That’s noise to filter out , and that’s also part of what we need to out-perform , which is something we all know is possible.

And we also met a few people who did have true interest and passion for these things, so those are the people we are continuing this journey with.

One of the most important things learned , is that there is a pre-requisite which might have already existed here, but it simply doesnt, so we need to make that first… And that pre-requisite is the existence of a proper central information repository of the things that are agree by all in the group , and a recording of history of the community effort we are talking about.

And this very publication you are reading now is a very good digital implementation to build that community around a certain idea , and the cooperation for it.

And it will be written from the perspective of the organisation called Staffolo Plus itself… And this person Dominic Sedrani is going to pretend he is that organisation while he’s constantly looking for ways to do that better…

Just just following the newsletter about this community effort will keep you up to date about all of it pro-actively.

And we should find more local businesses who are interested in contributing … one… by… one.

So from now on , we’ll regularly post stories from the perspective of “Staffolo Plus” itself here.

And we’re going to do it here… together with the ones who are making Staffolo Plus a reality.
