So you had a vacation...But did you succeed in "getting away"?
Yup... It's everywhere. There's no real escape... only illusions that can only be sustained if you have no real memory. So you settle for imaginary money to replace it.
It's hard to deny, isn't it?
When your memory of reality is determined by other people's opinions of it, then it seems that you never like what you fear is coming and they keep telling you it can't be avoided too.
And just not having the obligations of the things you have to do for reasons not completely understood, as dictated by things you don't trust... is the ultimate goal all the time.
Permanent escape is required from what you are doing, and it's only possible to get a lot of people to keep doing that if you can alter their memories of how unfulfilling the fantasy really was.
This happens to a person... but also to a group of people... within families , and also in businesses and villages and entire towns and even entire cultures.
If every part only goes on believing there is no other way, and teaches that to everyone around them all the time to keep repeating it... then there is no other way for that entire group to see either.
Countless scientists, reporters and decision makers are "Researching" the problem and talking about it... demanding shorter versions until something is missing that they could add again, which was the exact same thing they added ages ago too.
"You didn't look at that..." , "This shouldn't be ignored either..." , "But there is also..." .
The fact that your little nugget of unique wisdom, created by your own little nugget of unique experience cannot and should not be ignored is indeed important actually. But that doesn't mean it wasn't experienced similarly by anyone else either.
It's happening more and more actually. All of our options are decreasing all the time, at a time that technology has provided the means and ways for creating more options.
There's no logic or rationale that can sustain the complete dependency on the central electricity grid, powered solely by major problems like nuclear and oil and its derivatives.
In 1985 ... which was one year into 1984 , the true Orwellian parade started to become super obvious... but you just can't remember can you?
For this little 5 year old that has been living in your 1984 prison ever since... that was never allowed to grow up... that was never allowed to make something that wasn't made before... that was never allowed to say outloud I am convinced you are lying... that was allowed to investigate the truth beyond a shadow of a doubt...
For this little 5 year old... You are obviously all insane sycophantic infants, pretending to be adults.
None of you were allowed to grow up actually... And this little toddler is demanding that time and space to grow up in! You owe this to us! It was and is your duty and you are not performing it!
Those discussions you keep having always end in violence and repression. And all of us pick and choose their own little battlefield of knowledge to go die on this way.
For some the tobacco industry is the greatest evil they know...
For some the opposite sex is the greatest evil they know...
For some the other religion is the greatest evil they know...
For some another number is the greatest evil they know...
But no one can remember the evil of not remembering evil.
Science doesn't need more sciencing on the fact the petroleum industry is destroying the planet. And everyone who thinks more research is going to provide a solution has gone completely demented really. Because they're still just trying to live off of talking about the problems that are super obvious.
"But there are still people out there who don't know this, and we could teach them to see it!" Which is what we've been doing for hundreds of years now... thousands even.
We need to DO things and just show people... "Look... this works... and when comparing it to that other thing , this is obviously better when looking at it from the largest perspective possible , all the way down into every little detail too".
And that's what we're trying to do here at the Hydroharvest project.
But in a world where all information and the opinion that you are allowed to have about anything, is determined by those that sell you problems... There's no other way to escape than to go at it bottom up again.
The solutions of organizations that can resist the decay which is super obvious to anyone not on drugs or not a cannibal will have to provide their own scientific proof for everything they're going to try.
There is no loss in repeating important experiments to show people how things actually work. Because otherwise you'll forget why it's important anyways.
If all your knowledge is standing on the opinion of things you simply can't perceive of working for yourself... it can't go anywhere anymore. And talking about it more won't help. Researching anything based on wrong assumptions doesn't do anything. Just doing the same thing again and expecting different results doesn't work.
So we have
- a different way of running a business. (From HR processes to compensation to the communication paradigms between cooperators)
- A different way of automating the data control paradigm. (What you might call "software")
- A different kind of actual physical machine to depend on that needs constant human maintenance.
- A different kind of storing energy across the spectrum
- A different kind of choosing how and when to apply the excess in energy. (technical and biological and psychological)
- A different philosophy opposing no other philosophies except cannibalism and manic depression.
- Strength in diversity, in stead of slow death through uniformness in a controlled fashion.
But what we don't have...
Is your attention to it.
But did you know... That all those bad things you are constantly complaining about have an incredible level of attention to it? It's the only thing all those bad things you complain about are doing actually.
They are paying a LOT of attention to us... and they are fighting us every way they can, and yet we're still here.
But unless you can get more and more people to struggle and invest in the better things that need protecting... you're going to be actively doing what all those bad things are doing.
Which is not paying attention to good things, but start paying attention to bad things.
And there's totally no vacation from that!
Because no matter where you go, or who you can get to play a slave for you for a little while... You'll be bringing the slaver with you in your head.
And it's your own children that you are eating up then, slowly, but surely.
It's inevitable that if you do absolutely nothing about it... that you and everyone around you will become a cannibal.
But that doesn't mean it's inevitable that you become a cannibal.
It just means you didn't do anything about it.
And let's face it... NOT doing ANYTHING ... is NOT human nature and never could be.
Because humanity couldn't have existed if that would have been human nature.
Only the cannibals keep repeating those lies.
Just because they gave up, doesn't mean you have too.
