Once upon a time...
There were groups of people who understood what was important, and they tried their best to preserve those things, while constantly making things better. They were never anxious, always content and always slept well.
And although that all sounds like a fairytale to you , it was actually officially proposed policy in a country called the United Kingdom in the year 1955.
There are these creatures walking around in our world who were actually alive when that fairytale was also considered reality.
And to show you how your assumptions are wrong about such an incredibly vast part of actual reality... We bring you... an HTML document which was constructed not that long ago, but is a digital copy of a physical document once published by the Ministry of Education.

This isn't a link to a server on the internet giving you a view on the document. This is the actual html document you can download with things like hyperlinks and metadata and ... wow... actual meaningful text in it.
That you can just keep for yourself , and then distribute freely as long as you don't edit the content of it. Although any receiver was perfectly capable of that all the time. Just as it is when you write a letter to someone you know? You can copy and edit before you forward it... But that's something you can do (and constantly do) with all things called knowledge and wisdom by the way. It's an important of freedom actually... That such a thing is never to be disallowed. It's definitely not something that should be confined. But that's another story really... Or is it?
Because this is all about education.
And about learning that it is either a permanent state of being that makes everything better both internally and externally...
Or it becomes the very plague that makes everything worse and refuses to learn that learning to do better is the only way out of that Nihilism self-promoting itself.
Then it becomes that state of being where you are the problem destroying all your solutions... and then seek conformity of it from others as validation.
That is how violence tries to win from love. But it's too stupid to learn that it could never win that.
That simply makes no logical sense whatsoever...
And that's what makes it a fairytale.
But back to that article... It's fascinating reading and exactly what each and every country in the world now needs to start solving all their problems.
Really... it is!
It's also one of the core design principles of Protean organizational structure for instance.
But we take these "Evening Institutes" even a step further than proposing that it needs to be done in the spare time in the evenings. It does provide great entertainment and relaxation in a social group setting , so it's a great thing... but it misses the greatest opportunity of all.
The next morning... they should all meet again and decide together how they are going to devise and execute a positive implementation of what they just learned to be curiuous about.
Now it's time to put it into practice , and since there is the true value of cooperation... everyone involved in that should be compensated equally for their time in that.
It's paying for research and execution at the same time... And "being payed" to learn about it... gives you equal rights on the profits of those endeavours.
The time spent in learning about it , determines your "ownership" of the profit of that organization.
And that... is NOT a fairytale.
But there's this thing nagging in the back of your mind now that desperately tries to turn it into one isn't there?
(We know how to get rid of that little critter too by the way)
