International Law : pro-tip (Aka : Fanfiction)
So how about adding this little "obligation" to the UN charter or something similar like that. And by the way... how come countries who have proven to violate it , keep having a vote? So your standpoint is that criminals in prison need voting rights? That's your official governments position?
Because that's what that looks like doesn't it?
When a country gets "punished" with sanctions and war machines being deployed to stop you from doing what you're doing and things... and those war machines are used to make sure you stay in a place as decided by the one controlling the war machines... you know... that's like with police and guns right? Law and Order they love to call it?
But then, it's always difficult to figure out whether or not they just made a mistake or actually had bad intentions?
They can always pretend to be ignorant or too stupid or too weak to have been able to do better, so they get a second chance... right?
But how about this then.
If a country can prove that it's NOT doing any of these kinds of things in any of the institutes they support with tax-payer money...
meaning... everyone can go check each and every tiny little peace of data and processes going on in places like this for instance.. This is a real place!!!
It's called the...
Trapeznikov Institute of Control Sciences of Russian Academy of Sciences
And don't worry , they're already "under sanctions"... But they get to keep doing what they're doing at the same time too though. And they even get to talk about making peace deals.

Now that does not compute together with operating this kind of institution with a lot of non open doors. It just doesn't. Proven beyond a shadow of a doubt.
If anything in a place like that needs any kinds of locks or door or secrets... Then you lose the right to vote on anything as a country. Since you're no longer a "country" ... you're just a tech savvy crime family wearing the legal entity of a country as a suit.
I once had the chance to have a nice little chat with someone from the Trapeznikov Institute of Control Sciences of Russian Academy of Sciences ...
And all I can say is that I remember quite vividly from that conversation that everything about what they're doing there, and how they think about things, how they explain away the consequences of their actions...
It's worse than I could imagine or fear... and boy can I imagine a lot...
Yup... that place exists.
But is that really a surprise? The surprise is probably going to be...
Your government has one too... do you know where that one is?
Now that's a funny joke isn't it?
