Except... We can pay them the exact same amount of money, but without any of your overhead of doing everthing wrong and talking about it a lot so you can keep doing it.

And trust us... When the work is actualy worthwile... All that complaining , burn-outedness and depression and stupidty just goes away by itself.

And at the same time it would actively reduce all poisoning in your geographical area too... making it much simpler to avoid new lumps of lead being made too.

You don't have to spend a penny more then you already are... just spend a fraction of it somewhere else for a change.

So not only is it profitable from the day you start this...

But it will also increase future profitability... Increase revenue... decrease costs... make people healthier... make them happier... and improve the environment they live in.
