Escaping escapism, Houdini style.
I have to tell you a very painful truth. We are obviously living in the dark ages. But don't let that freak out your mind, because I'm also quite sure you have been feeling that your whole life. (and that makes perfect sense so lean into it)
Getting someone to complete an entire thought, an entire concept that actually makes sense in all aspects, is something that the society I grew up in has never allowed. Has yours? (I'd love to hear about it then)
And I always found that strange.
My whole life. I've been doing nothing but to try and get someone to listen about an insanity that all humans that I encountered share, and it usually went like this.
But dear other humans... I would go.
You are doing everything backwards? And it's really stupid to do it this way.
You have turned everything around.
What you call love, I can clearly observe is hate while lying.
What you call progress is clearly regression.
What you call efficiency is clearly senseless waste.
What you call purpose is clearly a lack thereof.
What you call intelligent is clearly stupid.
What you call success is clearly pure greed. A sociopathic, hurtful and completely destructive person that managed to cause so much pain, despair and damage that it's almost impossible to make that person to stop hurting more and more...
I could never accept their definition of success.
And that makes no sense obviously. And the fact that you know that it makes no sense gives you those ugly things called "feelings" that need to be escaped right? And guess what... The ones doing all those things backwards? They excell at living off of selling escapism as a service. They sell you the escapism to the thing they are creating, which causes you to want to escape from it. One of their masks is what you're trying to escape, and their other mask is what you're escaping too.
That's pretty dark, isn't it? And isn't it the quintessential sign of our times too?
So doesn't that mean we're living in the dark ages?
We can very clearly show and prove to you that everyone you have ever called "successful", was only successful in being really good in calling everyone the opposite.
They are only successful in turning everything around in your mind.
Successful in calling the ones filled with love to be hateful.
Successful in calling the criminals the heroes
Successful in calling senseless waste progress
Successful in calling purpose to be defined by total blind greed.
Successful in calling all intelligence stupid.
Successful in abuse.
And really look at all those things. You can't deny this. But the "Successful" ones have always been using one glorious trick, and you still fall for it each and every time.
I've been having these discussions my entire life... I never gave up ... And i just kept going at everyone's "logic" to keep showing them with rational arguments that what they just called "logic" didn't make any sense at all.
And after a long time I discovered that literally every human being on this planet ends up with one last resort when something doesn't make sense anymore.
One primal fear that the successfully greedy constantly have to grow inside every humans head.
The ultimate excuse.
"Yeah but... I'm not really that directly influenced by what you just said... And i can't do anything about it... And actually... don't worry about that problem. I am comfortable today, and the successful people tell me I'll still be comfortable tomorrow. Honestly... yes... I agree... for every apple I eat, 5 humans need to die... But i don't get to see those, I don't like to think about that, and the successful people tell me that this is just the way it has to be. Because those 5 people that needed to die in pain and agony for my apple... Well... the successful people told me there is probably something wrong with them anyways. Maybe they needed to die. Progress, you know! You shouldn't think about it that much. Here.. eat an apple! And also shut up now."
There was literally nothing else but that discourse available.
Each and every one of those pesky successful humans all over the world literally had absolutely nothing to say besides that excuse... about everything.
This applies to all the evil in all our sciences, religions, economical systems, governmental systems, technologies, organizations, business, clubs, sports, arts, etc... Literally everything.
And you all tell yourself that it is "only natural". That's "probably" how we're born. Humans are just like this, and we are doomed to forever do this to each other. Since the more someone does this, the more they think it's normal to do this, so we'll teach them to find this normal and then we're right about the fact that it's the thing they're doing.
This is supposed to be true... only because the successful tell you it is so. And when we ask the successful why... they tell us...

And as long as we keep doing that evil to each other. We remain in hell indeed.
We live in the dark ages, and it hasn't always been like that. And there is absolutely NO REASON whatsoever why it should stay that way.
Everything important is actually completely the other way around.
We are all born good. And we just have to stop listening to the ones who gave into the theories of the dark ages.
And the same applies to organizations big and small. From the UN assembly coming up soon, to governments, to things like the world bank and national banks, and to all types of legal entities living in the reality defined by all their fiscal and legal theorems of ... "You are the evil one". And they're really successful in that too.
But denial is not just a river in Africa you know?
Whenever the "means to an end" thingy comes up...
Whenever opposing forces go and "talk and meet" about solutions again...
It's time to evaluate where and how things like "values" and "morality" come from for the person invoking that very dangerous paradigm of their means and their ends indeed.
Everything in the discussion will make sense to everyone saying it, and not to anyone hearing it.
Almost certainly because they don't agree on a "Why" they can publicly acknowledge, but a hidden one somewhere.
These moments are a great opportunity for any organization to solve root issues. It's an indication of something that was hidden for a long time in many cases, and you can only solve problems you know about. But if you are in denial, you don't see any problems. And that is what your escapism is about too.
Don't ignore those moments.
They are the rare occurrences of opportunity for solutions ...
They are the defining moments where defining decisions have a high chance of being made. And all you have to do to escape their madness is to start remembering actual outcomes of what they've been doing.
And then you can learn instead of trying to escape it.
And once you've learned , you can work on something better that has learned too.
Things like this...
And that there are many out there still doing everything in the wrong direction?
Ignore them. Completely. Their discussions and clownshows only offer escapism , and a fix "next week" ... and that "next week" ? It never comes , since the ones doing that clownshow are convinced that the result of all their actions will be that everything will get worse next week anyways.
They know this for sure, because all they're doing is making it worse. That's the part they're not telling you. But they also can't stop themselves. They are also just escaping themselves, and selling themselves the same problems again.
The only way to win their game, is to not play it. And there's no denying that.
