This isn't your regular investor pitch... but a fundraising round that also tries to recruit people that are willing to support and collaborate within an organization that does everything differently than what you're used too.

Yes, indeed... it's a high-risk donation and an invitation to work together on this. This is not classics "investment" paradigm you know so far.

And that's also the case with the ownership structure of the legal entity that has been founded to make these projects a reality.

The Protean Hydroharvest project is being run by a Limited Liabilty Company , registered in Italy.
And this LLC, currently 100% privately owned by a single individual is selling off 40% of it's ownership at 10000€ / percentage point.

There can and will not be any further dilution of this in the future, since this organization already operates within the protean operational guidelines that it considers to be absolute, while also continuously finetuning the implementation of these principles.

The maximum investment we are looking for, to kickstart a couple of our efforts, is only 400 000€. But there is an application process for being allowed to purchase a part of the ownership of this LLC , since you have to subscribe to a new way of looking at ownership , responsibility and rights in this crazy world we've built.

And the first project we'll be working on together isn't negotiable either, since resilience when it comes to shelter, food AND energy is primordial for a self-sustaining protean organization. And it is that step for which we now need external investment opportunities.
